What are the characteristics of PP pleated filter cartridges?

PP filter element is also called PP meltblown filter element. The melt-blown filter element is made of ultra-fine polypropylene fibers by thermal fusion braiding. The fibers randomly form a three-dimensional microporous structure in space. Fine and fine filtration in one, can catch impurities of different particle sizes. The filter element has a precision range of 0.5–100 μm and its flux is more than 1.5x the same precision peak space filter element. PP pleated filter candles can be equipped with different types of end cap connections to meet the requirements of different technical installations.

PP pleated filter cartridges consist of 100% of synthetic fibers with a phenolic binder that provides excellent strength in many liquid applications. The carrier layer is made of standard polyester or polypropylene or cellulose, depending on temperature or compatibility requirements, and a variety of elastomers are available. PP pleated filter cartridges have end caps and cores made of polypropylene or polyester that are thermally connected to media packages. Alternatively, use plastisol or two-component epoxy resin to connect the end cap coating or stainless steel to the media package to secure the media package.

Before use in filtration and suction dryers of the H-Class, it serves as protection and after the refrigeration dryer it ensures that there is no oil in the air.
