OF Series Pleated Filter Cartridge is manufactured to exact standards and are used for filtration of oilfield fluids and its fully thermal welded construction ensures safe operation and optimum filtration performance. Its media has a fixed pore construction of high quality fibers while providing combination of surface and depth filtration. The high performance 3-layers glass fibre/PET media provide the unique combination of high flow rate, high dirt load capacity, large surface area at absolute rating of beta 5000 (99.98% removal). The fully thermal welded construction ensures safe usage in filtration with high temperature fluids, acids, diesel, oily water and solvents. The advantage is smaller filter vessels, less footprint and lower capitical investments. OF series are manufactured with a rigid outer cage ideally suited for use in harsh oilfield environments and available in a wide range of microns suitable for the protection of oilfield formations.
